KRISTINA DAM Contour Sculpture Large - Light Grey

The Contour sculpture is meticulously handcrafted by Kristina Dam Studio as limited edition with 100 pieces of each. It is the outcome of a captivating artistic journey, a testament to the profound connection between craftsmanship and time. The Contour sculpture came from a workshop with Danish artist Katrine Blinkenberg. With Katrine as a guide, a series of sculptures was created from plaster by hand. During the process the plaster was poured into giant balloons and then shaped based on the pressure to which the plaster is exposed during the drying process. The result is organic shapes that are both engaging and charmingly exaggerated.
